A limited notice for the Hubby.Travel coming-soon website and launch waitlist.
Who is responsible
This website and launch waitlist are published by Hubby Travel.
For a waitlist removal request, use the on-site form at /privacy-request. Requests are saved for operator review; there is no automatic deletion or public address lookup.
Only a launch notification
If you join the waitlist, your email is used only for news about launch and early-access availability. It is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Submitting saves a launch-notification request. No email delivery service is currently connected, and submission does not itself send an email. It does not create an account, grant app or household access, or invite anyone.
What the waitlist stores
The waitlist stores your email address, converted to lowercase and trimmed of surrounding spaces; the notice version shown when you joined; creation and expiry timestamps; and the single purpose “launch-notification”. Duplicate submissions do not extend the original retention period. Mailbox ownership is not verified by joining.
Do not submit booking documents, trip details, account credentials or payment information here. The launch waitlist does not connect your inbox, contact travel suppliers or collect your trips.
Preventing misuse
The request IP address is processed to derive a keyed, salted identifier for a short rate-limit window. The application does not store raw IP addresses. Rate-limit identifiers and counters are stored separately from email entries and are not linked to them.
Rate-limit buckets become eligible for removal after 48 hours and are removed by daily cleanup. The application does not log submitted values or request bodies. Hosting infrastructure can separately process network metadata.
Retention and removal
Email entries expire 180 days after the first accepted submission. Before collection opens, daily cleanup must be enabled to delete expired entries from the active database; an expiry timestamp alone does not delete a row.
Cloudflare Workers and a separate Cloudflare D1 database provide the planned hosting and storage for this waitlist. Deleting an active record does not guarantee immediate deletion from provider backups, including D1 Time Travel. Backup copies and infrastructure metadata follow the provider’s configured retention settings.
Request waitlist removal at /privacy-request. The request expires 180 days after creation and daily cleanup removes expired requests. Submitting a request does not subscribe the address or confirm whether it is listed.
This website and your choices
No optional analytics, advertising or other optional third-party SDK is currently installed on this website. Cookie Settings remains available to review the site’s privacy choices. A saved browser choice is separate from joining the waitlist.
